Since the launch of the first gypsum board in Indonesia in 1994 under the name Jayaboard®, better known as Jayaboard® SHEETROCK® PROTECH, Jayaboard® has been providing innovative solutions for healthier and more comfortable indoor air quality. Jayaboard® is the only standard gypsum board in Indonesia equipped with air-purifying features.

As the Masterbrand in the Indonesian market and part of the Knauf Group, Jayaboard® is a gypsum board brand under the umbrella of PT Knauf Plasterboard Indonesia. The brand not only solidifies its position as a pioneer of high-quality gypsum boards but also continues to innovate to enhance the comfort of Indonesian homes.

With two manufacturing facilities located in Gresik and Cilegon, including Indonesia’s first gypsum factory situated in Gresik, East Java, Jayaboard® consistently develops various innovations to produce high-quality products. The Sag-Defying-Strength™ technology makes Jayaboard® gypsum boards lighter and less prone to sagging, with stronger edge hardness and excellent bonding to protect against potential damage during handling and application.
